Quiz Night Prize: Cooking Lesson & Dinner

"Thank you so much for the wonderful cooking lesson and dinner we enjoyed on Sunday. It was really good to knead, roll, cut, shape and take part in the aspects of cooking so that I am now more confident in making my own pasta and of course, the exquisite ciambelline al vino, cosi croccante. I liked the way we worked in twos, and kept track of what was being prepared on the other bench- as well as reaching out for a glass of wine at the same time. It was great fun.
Very soon I will make the ravioli followed by some ciambelline and I know they will be a hit with my family.
Mille grazie e vi auguro una buona settimana in cucina."
