Week of Italian Cuisine in the World 20-26 November

Seconda Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo

The second edition of The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, an annual event coordinated by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International cooperation, will be celebrated from the 20th to the 26th of November. The purpose of the wide array of events organised throughout the week is to promote Italy’s incredibly varied regional cuisine and food traditions, celebrating conviviality the Italian way.
Last year this initiative took place in over 100 countries across the world, and this year also New Zealand is on the list!

The Dante Alighieri Society of Auckland is involved with promotion of this very important (and delicious) week, and with two special events (a cooking class and an Italian colazione). Scroll down to see all the events and special dishes that will available every day at participating restaurants and stores: Giapo, JK14 wines & The Corner, Non Solo Pizza, Palazzo Italia, Pasta & Cuore, Segafredo and Settebello.
