rilevare le impronte digitali ai fini del successivo rilascio del passaporto.
La invitiamo pertanto a registrarsi e prendere appuntamento mediante l’apposito servizio

Eventuali altri questioni consolari potranno essere sottoposte durante il normale orario di lavoro

N.B. Si prega di portare con sé la seguente documentazione:
- documento valido di riconoscimento;
- passaporto italiano in scadenza (massimo 6 mesi prima della scadenza) o scaduto;
- 2 foto passaporto recenti.
La restante documentazione dovra’ essere recapitata per posta all’Ambasciata:
- domanda compilata e firmata;
- assenso dell’altro genitore (se il richiedente ha figli minori);
- bank cheque intestato all’Ambasciata d’Italia del corrispondente importo in NZ$ (si prega
di verificare l’importo aggiornato sul sito web www.ambwellington.esteri.it, alla fine di
settembre);
- corriere postale prepagato con firma “prepaid signature courier pack” per la restituzione
del passaporto al proprio domicilio.

for the electronic passport.

Please ensure your punctual attendance.
In case of queries relating to other consular matters, we would be grateful if you could submit
those to the Embassy during normal working hours.
N.B. Please bring the following documentation with you:
- valid ID document;
- Italian passport (if you have one) no more than 6 months before its expiry date;
- 2 recent passport photos.
You are kindly requested to post to the Embassy the remaining documentation:
- application form duly filled in and signed;
- consent form (if the applicant has minor children);
- bank cheque (made in the name of the Italian Embassy) for the relevant amount in NZ$
(see updated amount on the website www.ambwellington.esteri.it at the end of September);
- “prepaid signature courier pack” for the passport’s postage to your domicile.
